I made a long journal entry, then I decided to update my weight and it got lost. Long story short, start logging, lower those carbs, start moving and quit moping.

1204 kcal Fat: 77.71g | Prot: 96.67g | Carb: 27.30g.   Breakfast: Egg, Trader Joe's Salsa Verde, Heavy Cream, Guacamole with Tomatoes. Lunch: SeaPak Wild Alaskan Salmon Burger, Taylor Farms Sweet Kale Chopped Salad (Salad Only). Dinner: Lay's Wavy Original Potato Chips, Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Cheddar Cheese, Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Chips, Almonds, Walnuts, Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Chips, Walnuts. more...
