Sugar Waffle's Journal, 22 July 2016

Wasn't going to weigh in till the end of the 30 Day Vegan Challenge. But, I felt like I was gaining weight while eating over my RDI. So when I was cleaning the animal scale at work this morning, I decided to see the damage. How can that be, filling out, but have a weight release? YAY :)
134.8 lb Lost so far: 103.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

mskestrela, I think it is the same protocol. I am around sick cats all the time at work. I have gotten fungal infections from them before I started eating the way I do

Very interesting! I had Candida and never could get rid of it until I gave up sugar and grains. Lots of things improved after that.
