72 hours so far.....this is a new one on me, today I have done nothing but pee.....every 15 to 20 minutes the urge to go is so intense I almost don't make it to the bathroom. Between the watermelon, the alcohol, the sunburn, the 4 hour pedaling marathon, the highly refined carbs I indulged in over the weekend I must have really been retaining water, the last time I had issues with my bladder not being able to handle the traffic like this was the day before I went into labor with my daughter. This must be a whoosh, I have just never had one happen while I was conscious. I hope it abates before bedtime as I really hate missing my sleep to trot to the bathroom every few minutes!

I have a fabulous liver and onion recipe. Dry fry them (no flour) in a non stick pan, when almost done add butter for flavour. They come out beautiful, medium with a touch of pink and tender as anything. Top with a lot of fried onion!!!! YUMMMM!

I think I will do, but will render lard today and fry in that. Will buy an onion today. I'm salivating.

Bawahahaha - Debra, I am not laughing at you! I also drink over one gallon of water daily and spend the day in the bathroom on the hour - every hour - between my clients! Like clockwork!

That's the way I do them now Frankie, they are quite delicious and with my lovely home grown sweet onions even better!

LOL one an hour would have been great, I had about 6 hours of going twice or three times in an hour, thank god it eased up!
