Down 2 lbs, but know this isn't a real weight loss. But going to hang in there for my reunion on August 20th. Will be tough because we will be with friends for a weekend retreat in August before I leave.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It all counts in my book! Once you've been that weight, you know you can get there again and go lower. Have a wonderful time at your reunion and retreat!

Awesome job with the Diet menu! Are you walking for exercise? I'm close to 60 years old and weight loss has been hard for me. I have a FITBIT and it helps! I lost 15 pounds in about 2 months!!!
