Happy Thursday FS!

Oh happy day! I got on the snarly scale this morning and was down! Has the beast been tamed or just glad to see me? Lol! I actually got on 3 times and the reading was the same. I am SO proud of myself especially since I was on a mini vacation. Vacation, holidays, birthdays, family get togethers have always been my "get of out of jail card" to eat what I want or pig out. Totally focused around food. I have turned the corner. I am on my way! I can do this!

You can do it too FS! We will do it together! Thanks to everyone for your support!! Have a fabulous day FS!
166.9 lb Lost so far: 13.1 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's AWESOME! To still have a loss after vacation is rare. Good for you. I feel you on second guessing the scale. I hopped on my 3 times this morning too. I wanted to make sure it was right. lol. Let's keep it going strong :-)
