A new low today. I'm in the 103's at last. Whether it will last, who can tell. That's the only good news from today.
Doctor rang this afternoon to say the scan results were in and the news was not good and could he come and talk to us. Spent half an hour in the loo waiting for him to arrive. The Lymphoma is back and on the rampage again. They are not 100% certain and think he needs a liver biopsy to make sure. Treatment (if there is any) will depend on what the biopsy reveals. More waiting! I'd like to scream and cry but it wouldn't do OH any good - I have to keep upbeat and positive. Besides which I don't look good with red eyes and nose. I know what will be will be but its so hard to accept. It feels like a punishment but I've no idea what for. Oh well, life goes on....

UGH. What can I say? One day at a time, we'll both get through whatever it is that is coming our way my friend. It is NOT punishment ... but you KNOW that ... it only FEELS like punishment. Waiting is difficult, as is not screaming, crying, and kicking things in the house. Just do the best you can at taking care of yourself and take each step as it comes. Although I am many miles away from you ... in my heart I am there brewing you a cup of tea, holding your hand, and giving you a safe place to vent!!
