so today I made lemon water for the first time. its suppose to be a detox but even if it doesn't work out for me. Its still good for you. just trying to find boosters if anyone else has any more ideas about detoxing drinks or anything better feel free to comment and let me know. and for anyone looking for tips I just got into this app called Pinterest. tons of weight loss ideas and exercises you can learn. there's tons of different things you can search too(:
