pandasmom's Journal, 10 June 2016

No change for the past several days -- have to keep reminding myself it has only been 4 days. I think you get used to seeing a drop every couple of days and when it doesn't happen, it's easy to think something is wrong. I do need to be more consistent with the exercise, it's too easy to "get busy" and not really do anything. Have a function coming up this weekend where I have no control over the menu, will have to do what I can by being selective. Hopefully, they will have something reasonable.
150.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
