1 more day until the weigh-in, I am scared but excited. I think I did good this week. I have my last chance workout tonight then I am going to head over to the gym and hit the sauna and maybe do a little more cardio, not sure yet. I have got to hit the 4.1 lbs I put down the I will lose. Don't want to let my team down. I know that we will make our 100lb goal for the week!! Let's go red team!!
