Finally got to go to one of my son's baseball games and watch the whole thing, and they kicked butt!! However, it did make it to where I couldn't do a full workout, only a bit of walking :( I will make up for it today and tomorrow that's for sure! Hoping I can reach my goal for the week of 4.1 lbs, I really don't want to let my team down. I think I am going to take a nice walk/jog at lunch today as well as do my workout after work. Looking forward to the weigh-in this week, I know the official scale will finally show under 200, even though I know I am already below that ;) Well, better get back to work now, going to use my little desk cycle today a lot as well!! :)
