WOW!!!I have lost another pound this week, it is nice to see what I have been feeling all along. I am amazed at the difference in how my clothes fit me and the clothes that I can wear now, that was too tight before. I still feel very motivated and will continue on my Journey, cause I am not through. I understand this will be life time of work, but the benefits out weigh the efforts. This will help me through my Senior Years to be independent of anyone.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
