gooooooood mornin....welp...wakin up to another morning of rain..looks like its almost quit finally...just a light rain, but still alot over the last couple of days...but yesterday i decided rain wasnt enough to stop me from getting some steps in....before i went to wally world went for a 25 min walk...was surprised to see other walkers...WITH UMBRELLAS....lol....with the wind blowing, it was hard to keep in the mood...glad i dressed for the colder day...then after lunch went for another 25 min walk...even though it was misting...felt great to stick with the more focused me ...for a change...no weight change today...but thats ok....i tried on a jacket that brian had given me last year...last time i had it on it fit great...last night i had a hoodie on under the jacket...sooooooo...that tells me the weight is coming off my belly area and my waist....and thats fine...im thinkin today might just be a lazy day...not sure yet...suppose to only be in the 50s again today...well...guess its time to make the bed and decide whats next....have a greattttttttt one...


MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS TO GET THE BEST RESULTS !!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...ITS IMPORTANT TO FLUSH YOUR TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. AS YOUR GOALS GET CLOSER..PUSH THE WORKOUTS....YOUR BODY IS USE TO THE SAME WORKOUTS !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE

I decided to change my next mini goal to just 5 pound increments...easier to stay focused and faster results....see how that works out for me...

Wow ... Walking in the rain! Awesome and I'm sure it felt good! You are doing great and you are so dedicated! Don't you just love it when clothes feel looser!! Woo hoo ... That's real progress. I think smaller attainable goals is a great idea. Have a fabulous day ... Lazy or not!
