Definitely wasn't expecting a loss today due to extreme "shark week" bloating, but there it is... And that bitty bit has put me into the 270's again. I haven't seen that range since November. I'm so happy I could 💩 a rainbow!


Ohhhhh...and I've just broken that 100 barrier, so the countdown is on...99lbs to go!
279.4 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 99.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
