Wow really low on my calories yesterday :( It's really hard when you are constantly on the go, I seriously have no time right now. I have so much housework to do that I can't seem to get to, I really wish I could clone myself, lol!! Well, yesterdays workout was good, they asked us at the end of the workout to put down our goal for the week. They wanted us to try to push ourselves but still be realistic. I decided to take that as a challenge so I put down 4.1 lbs for this week. I know I can do it. I am also taking a challenge to not get on the scale all week long, and only get on during my official weigh in. I will be in the top 12 this week!!
