We had our final nutrition class with Kristen today, she went over everything that we have talked about already. I can't believe this program is going as fast as it it. We are already in week 6, it's unbelievable!! I went to the gym yesterday, then right before the meeting went for a jog with Misty, and I must say this running thing is getting easier. I am going a lot further than I used to be able to go. I am looking forward to tonight's class. I am hoping for them to really kick my butt!! Gooo Red Team!! :)
