I want to lose about four pounds of fat and gain muscle (staying in the mid 90s) but need advice on how to adjust my dietary intake! (Note: I just tally my calories/macronutrients at the end of the day..... I don't eat some of those things for breakfast, LOL!)

Protein builds muscles and helps reduce body fat. There are many sites online that can give you information and there are magazines. Oxygen for women and Muscle and Fitness Hers come out once a month and offer eating programs and tips for fat loss and workouts. Oxygen has it's own site too. You need to do some research and see what will work best for you.
