Hiked up Mt. Chocorua On Sunday with My wife and some friends. 4 hours, 51 minutes to hike 8.2 Miles (round trip) and standing on the summit I was at 3475 ft. above sea level. The wind gusts were so hard crawling across the summit that I got pushed over. Luckily it was towards the rocks rather than away from them. 32,000 steps for the day.
