feeling blah today. Im sure its a small bout of depression or pre menopause but im in a horrible mood and just dont want to do anything today.. not diet related but times like these im prone to say ef it and eat my way to china.. i hate feeling this way but for the love of god i cant snap out of it .. today and yesterday. boo. :(

@Misty I dont feel it either but cant figure out any other reason why id be sooo damn hot at night, want to stick my head in the freezer and its making me cranky as shiiiiit. and emotional. I wanted to cry yesterday bc DH asked me to go to target.. and i cant sleep so its making my days long and horrible. Im off tomorrow and plan to sleep thru it. As much as missing this gym hurts, @JParlett is right. sometimes we need rest and recovery to get thru it..

Are you taking Niacin or any thermogenic supplements? They can make you flush & hot. Also, I heard that coconut oil can raise body temp! Strange huh?

Go for hour long walk..move a muscle, change a thought. Works honey. I promise. We have to fight back against our own thinking. We our our own worst enemies.

thank you every one for the support. Im thru it and today is a new day. I cranked the AC last night, took a cold shower before bed and had a good nites sleep, finally.Slept in late and ready for a new day.. Im so glad I have FS to come to for support and guidance, You guys are my rock..
