can someone tell me what the best way to cook either salmon or flounder is...my daughter wants to cook me dinner tomorrow for mothers day and i am trying to be more health conscience when it comes to fish (that i really dont like) so i need a descent recipe to give her. and what about sides for it.

As for sides I suggest asparagus which cal be cooked along side the salmon anywhich way you choose. I like to throw it in a pan with a little EVO, then halved grape tomatoes, and a splash of lemon.. can even throw some feta or goat cheese on after.

Thanks J99...i will look at that because i got flounder instead of salmon or tilapia. my daughter said she wouldnt eat the talopia anyway because it is a bottom feeder what ever that means

Oh @JP...i found a way to eat the avocado. i mix it with cottage cheese for breakfast but the thing is that the taste of plain is becoming addictive too.

You also might like hard boiled egg and avocado - kind of like egg salad. Delicious and nutritious.
