Well, today was a disaster. I knew it was coming I guess. Still -- have to focus on the good things. I said no to potatoes and rice at dinner and I did not eat from the bread basket. Filled up on roasted and grilled veggies and salad. Considering the hot sesame crusted bread at the Greek restaurant, this is a pretty big accomplishment for me.
