Did well today. Still got 300 calories to play with from now through bedtime. We went out to lunch and I ate an egg white omelette. But again, I think I would have eaten less if I was on my normal schedule. Once again, I didn't have time for a proper breakfast (too little protein, too many carbs), raced through the morning, and didn't manage to get to lunch until 1pm. For me, that's just too late. I need to have a "normal" three-meal, three-snack day, and that's looking pretty dim this week. Still, I'm pleased that I've not done anything really nutty this week. At least I can tell from my clothes I'm not gaining!
