Feeling a bit better today, had to eat my oatmeal for breakfast, haven't had the time yet to make breakfast ahead of time and bring it to work, that is my mission for this weekend, to prepare breakfast and lunch for the entire week. I'm a little sore from the workout last night but not to bad, which is good. I am going to the gym straight after work today, then rush home for dinner, then rush to the baseball game at 7pm. Since when do they start a 2hour+ baseball game for kids on a school night at 7pm, I don't get it!! But anyways, going to make today a good day!! Trying for less processed foods and adding more leafy greens to my meals, going to try to add a small salad with lunch and dinner, just a bit hard to do because I get full so easy and want to make sure that can still eat my lunch and dinner too.
