Had a really bad day with food today. Felt icky all day, only had a couple of bites of lunch and felt like I was going to throw up, then tried to eat a little quoina felt like I was going to throw up, then tried to eat a protein bar before the workout and was only able to get in about 1/2 of it before I felt sick again. Don't know what is wrong with me, very low on calories today :( Had a great workout though, running seems to be getting easier. Well I am going to bed soon still not feeling well. Hopefully this will pass so I can get in all my calories tomorrow. Got some good ideas from the nutrionist today. Going to try to up my protein during breakfast, not eat fruit with my yogurt to lower my sugar intake, get some more leafy greens in, and take out some more processed foods.
