I am so blessed. I believe it no coincidence that I found this site right when I was starting a new lifestyle change. God knows my heart and he knew that this time I really meant business. I'm really going through a ruff time in my life right now we Have to move and it has been stressing me out. I know God will provide and take care of us, I need to concentrate on that and continually tell myself that. By the end of this 30 Minut challenge I will be in the home God provided for us and if I'm able to actually loose some weight during this trial I will know that I can do whatever I set my mind to do but only with Gods help will I get there and the encouragement from my buddies.
Thankyou Lord for bringing me where I am today and for providing the house we live in now. Why oh why do I doubt that you will do it again. Thank you Jesus! You are so AWESOME! Thankyou for loving me and never giving up on me even when I've given up on myself. In Jesus name I pray Amen
