Note to self: No coffee before bedtime! Ugh, I didn't sleep all night.

But it's just so good! I like to drink chia spiced tea (decaf) with a little milk and sweet and low in it at night instead of coffee.

Have your tried having decaf on hand for the evening brew? We do need our sleep. They say if you get 7-8 hrs of sleep at night it can make a difference on your weightloss journey. I will admit that I am so use to coffee to I can drink it but after a couple hours I can crash with no problem. The good news for you is that your will probably sleep like a baby tonight. Sweet Dreams :-)

I don't drink coffee that much I only had some last night because I had bought some Dunkin Donut Pumkin Spice ground coffee. I was in the mood and think I made it to strong but it was Good! I was able to get some sleep during the day cause I actual have to go to work at 3am. I will sleep well tomorrow morning though.
