Its the beginning of week 2 yes I made it through week 1!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Light & Fluffy Texture Yogurt - Strawberry Mist, Original Beef Jerky. Dinner: Low Sodium Green String Beans (Canned), Yellow Sweet Corn (Whole Kernel, Drained Solids, Canned), Mashed Potato (from Fresh), Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Snacks/Other: Original Fruit Chews, Original Fruit Chews, Heavenly Crisp Candy Bar - Milk Chocolate, 90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Fudge Brownie. more...
