I was not happy yesterday, I was on my way to the gym and there was soooooo much traffic that it took me 45 minutes to drive maybe 2 miles, so I missed out on at least 30 minutes in my workout. I can't afford to miss 30 minutes in a workout!! Ok enough venting, I did good on my food for the most part, need to up my protein a bit more, came into the office today and noticed that ants took over my cereal box which sucks because Kashi isn't cheap and I only had one bowl :( So the bright side is that I get to have my yummy oatmeal :) Group workout tonight I'm excited and I'm going to bring it!! It's going to be a good day today!!

You may want to get one of those plastic cereal containers to dump your cereal in so that it's air tight and ants wont be able to take it over, and it will keep it fresher anyways. I have one for my boys cereal, you can generally find them at like the dollar general or something for a few bux. Just a thought :) Have fun at your work out, and happy losing :D 
I'm so not excited about our team workout tonight. lol My knees still hate me from the last one.
