Went to the Women's Expo yeterday did a lot of walking around, but other than that I tried to rest. Going to walk on my lunch today, should be a nice day out, not too hot. Also, going to go to the gym before my nutrition class going to try out my new shoes and workout gloves :). Tried Kashi cereal today, not bad but it is a lot higher in calories than my oatmeal waiting to see if it keeps me full as long as the oatmeal does. Trying to plan out my day so I know exactly where my numbers as to see where I can add or take out if I need to. I am getting better at reaching my calories, looking forward to the class tonight to see what other tips they have. I'm going to kick butt this week, I can feel it, top 6 here I come!! :)
