Welp, I just got back from round three day three of scooting around the block..in the daylight.. with people out. This time while wearing my old rocker bottom shape up shoes. With the muscle soreness and such in my calves and shins I felt like I was moving much slower, but I still made it back home in 15 minutes. I'm probably gonna be hurting later, but it's worth it!

I have to admit I was partially hidden on my trek. I wore a knit cap to hide my hair. Haha *baby steps* It's hard not to be seen with my pink mop of hair! Lol

Congrats on getting out and moving. Make sure you drink water after your walk to help rehydrate. Even small walks add up, consistency is what counts..

You don't have to buy into the motto of no pain no gain, but I am happy for you it's the hardest part to start moving in the first place.
