WEEK 3 April Wishes Challenge: Motto for week: "Create healthy habits, not restrictions." ----- Positive Affirmation: "We rise by lifting others." ----- WEEK RESULTS: I did pretty good de-cluttering. I continue with early morning meditations. I did have an 8 day binge. Someone explained it to me that even tho the meditations were for shedding weight, mind, body and spirit, what I really am starving for has come to the surface. Makes sense to me. ----- Starting today I will be doing a 3 day fast. Will only have coffee in the morning. Saturday, I will participate in Qi Gong Energy Healing. It is only once a month and I really love it! This new week, I will re-direct myself to be mindful when my mind wanders in the wrong direction.
