I'll take that after 6 days away from home.

Dad used me as his personal connection to fast food restaurants. I think I ate out 6 times. Tried to keep it reasonable... mostly. (Food porn at the bottom.) Now the reasons I was away.

Funny things I heard in the gym over the week.

"What's that for. Does that work the posterior deltoid?"
"No. It works the back of the shoulder."

"What's that mask for?" (Seriously, the guy was wearing a Hannibal Lechter type mask.)
"It restricts your breathing to make lifting weights an anaerobic exercise."
"Dude, it looks cool, but lifting weights [i]is an anaerobic exercise."

True dat! Home safe and sound.

191.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
