Really do not know what I am doing wrong... Stepped on that dreaded scale this morning and it read that I was back to 135lbs. I have to wonder if my body does not want to go as low as my goal weight. Thought this would be a whole lot easier then what it is, but now reality has hit and my goal date is looming so very near.... Needless to say I am torn between throwing in the towel or keeping at it...
Just do not know what to do....

There are things you can do like kick up your exercise plan. Up your intensity or duration. Exercise is key in keeping the weight off any way. If your interested in reducing body fat and changing the composition of your body, add in some strength/circuit training. There are tons of workout dvds that can help that you can do at home. All you need is a couple of light hand weights and a mat. Make sure your getting plenty of lean protein and high fiber. It can help take off the last few pounds. Even doing Jillians Michaels 30 day shred a few times a week can help. Good luck!
