Did a hard workout last night, first time I almost puked (sorry a little graphic lol). Was very sore shortly afterwards, now I feel fine, not sure if I am not pushing it enough or what. Had a very hard time with the food yesterday as I wasn't able to eat dinner until after 9pm and then I couldn't think of anything to eat so I did a protein shake and some turkey meat, no not together ewwww. My goal today is to add at least 100 calories more to every meal whether it be add a yogurt to my breakfast, or some extra chicken on my lunch, I need to up it some more. Going to try some of the tips I got last night at our workout today at the gym. Going to do 10 minute warm-up on the elliptical, then 6-8 workouts with weights 2-3 reps of 12 to 15 each, using dumbbells. Going to check out youtube for some ideas. Also, going to check out some 1800 meal plans online to see if I can get some more ideas for food. This weight is going to be gone and gone for good!! :)
