Did a bit better on the calories yesterday got up to 1400, going to try to add in some more at lunch maybe or a bigger snack. Worked out yesterday tried to do interval training without a timer, kind of hard to do got to order myself one, they have one in pink :) Did good at the gym, pushed for a hard 20 minute warmup on the strider, then did kettleball squats, planks, and a couple of other arm exercises and stomach exercises. A lot more sore today than yesterday, I have my son's baseball game today after work, and am going to try to do some exercises at the park while he is playing :) 2 more days until the next weigh in, hopefully the scale is my friend, it should be I have done very well this week!! I am also going to try to take a walk today at lunch since it is cooler out today.
