Just been weighed at the hospital, found out that my scales are inaccurate, therefore I haven't actually gained any weight, but I am heavier than I thought. As for the scales, I've given them a good telling off.
159.4 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
