Rough week, but I am not going to give up. I'm hoping to keep my discipline to some degree with the long mini vacation planned this weekend. Plan for next week is lots of veggies and cardio!! I got new running shoes, so I'm ready :-)
Goals for Next Week: - 3x Cardio - 2x Weight Traning - Kick up fiber intake ~25g/day - Drop 2lbs - SMILE :-D
