the worst part is over.. Ive gotten it all out in the open and now Im ready to get my act together. Yesterday was really really hard for me... my whole world came crashing down bc Ive spent the last year trying to lose weight so the change in weight was a heavy blow emotionally for me. BUT, I have the best DH in the world. I called him at work and I was actually crying. He came home from work, got me off my sorry butt, took me to the store and had me stock up on loads of low carb goodness. He made sure I have everything I needed to have a good week. And then he bought me moisturizer with SPF bc he knows what a vain bia I am LOL and that kinds of stuff make me happy.. AND I have the best buddies in the WORLD here on FS and with that kind of support, there's no way this girl is throwing in the towel. Im kinda glad this happened in a way bc I feel like I was really getting comfortable and slacking big time and not really giving it 100%.. I needed this huge smack in the face to realize that. SO, as we say in Texas, time to hunker down.... wish me luck, cause Imma need it ..
