Day 30 of 60.
Half-way there! I've got to tell you, I thought I'd be showing a much greater loss after 30 days. I'm basically down two pounds with one week to go in September. I was hoping to be down eight by the end of the month. Don't really know what's going wrong.
I finally got to sleep easily last night and then didn't wake up until 1:30 in the afternoon. That's a lot of sleep! I was hoping that with the typhoon past we'd have some clear sunny weather, but instead rain all day. The best part of the day? The Yankees clinched the pennant!!
