Yummy boiled dinner with horseradish and mustard, sans potato. Oh and vinegar of course :-P

I'm doing corned beef and cabbage on Thursday and you just gave me the idea to throw carrots in, because I am not supposed to have potatoes on my diet. I was debating on cheating or just having meat and cabbage. Thank you! Also, your dinner looks delicious!
