Still on the downward slide. I can't believe I'm 8lbs from the weight I was in my 30's. I'm really wondering if it's possible to get lower than 133 (which is the lowest I can recall being in all my adult life). Guess the only way to find out is to keep plugging along. I didn't stay under 25 net carbs yesterday, but I only got up to 30, so that is encouraging. I even got to eat dessert last night (sugar free of course), so that is why I was higher than 25. Soup and salad for lunch today and probably roast pork for dinner with veggies. I WILL be in the 130's by October. Maybe even by Friday?
