Re-dedication is certainly paying off. Have lost about 1/2 pound each day. Even this morning I lost weight and it's that TOM, so that is really something different. Course staying on plan this weekend was not due to willpower, but my jacked up sleeping patterns. Don't seem to matter what time I got to bed, when Mr. Sun is up, so I am. So Saturday I totally missed dinner, since my nap turned into a 4 hour saga. Yesterday I missed lunch cause I was too busy cooking. Of course I had bites of everything I made, so I didn't feel hungry, but I didn't put that on the diet tracker, since I have no idea how, since I had a bite of 4 different things.
