The last few days have not been good. And I have gained weight. So I've decided I'm going to go to a WW meeting tomorrow morning and see if that will get me back into a good rhythm. Also, my cleaning crew came today, and I always clean the house before and after they come. So I'm feeling in a really good place. I need to keep up my appearance, both inwardly and outwardly. I tend to let everything go at the same time.
169.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 November 2009:
1302 kcal Fat: 33.36g | Prot: 63.74g | Carb: 201.24g.   Breakfast: hazelnut coffee, fat free milk. Lunch: onions, beets, nancy's, kidney beans, lettuce, tomatoes, tomatoes, Atlantic Salmon (Farmed), 45 calorie bread. Dinner: dark chocolate pudding, squash, 45 calorie bread, Fresh Salmon Nigiri. Snacks/Other: grapes, sugar free hershey's. more...

I bet the meeting will help. We all go through days like that..I have had my share too. As long as your end goal is in sight, it's never too late to wake up the next morning and try again. It somehow worked for me, and I definitely had my pig-out days. Good luck, sweetie!
