Actually cooking today. Been awhile since I felt like doing it, so I'm going to do it while I have the urge. Already got a pork roast in the crock pot, made some sugar free coleslaw, getting ready to make a chicken salad for my hubby and have a cauliflower casserole planned to go along with dinner. Been looking into low carb cookies too, cause I really want to bake now that fall is here. Anybody got any cookie recipes that use coconut flour?
