Today was day 4 of re-dedication. Well I was past 20 net carbs by lunch and was wondering how I was going to stay under 25 for the day before I ate dinner, but that problem was kind of solved itself by lack of sleep. I only slept 4 hours last night and I didn't get an afternoon nap. At 7pm I decided to take a little nap to catch up. What I didn't plan was sleeping all the way thru dinner. I woke up after my hubby came up to bed. So here it is after 11pm and I just woke up after a 4 hour nap. Not even hungry for dinner, so I'm not even going to bother. Didn't get any exercise in today, but did prep my bedroom for our remodeling project. Everything is off the walls, and the walls and floors were super cleaned. Next weekend the bed gets dismantled and the big work starts.
