"Working out is a reward, not a punishment." ~ Hasfit ----- SakuraAkuma16, Thank you for directing me to Hasfit! I love it and feel like a million bucks! If I feel like this now, I can hardly wait to see how I feel after the advanced challenge this summer!

Thanks SW, there have been many times I've felt "obligated" to myself to work out, even times when I've disliked it,...tired, too busy, etc...these last two weeks I've been reminded that we should never take it for granted that being able to workout is a given, circumstances can change and sometimes permanently. Take care and enjoy every moment of Hasfit, sounds like a blast!!

May need to remind all the joggers of that quote. They all look completely miserable when I pass them (in my car)...So glad you are doing well! Keep up the gr8 work!

I just did my first Hasfit workout - 15 minute seniors - feels good. Thank you so much for the tip - this will be where I go for workout videos. Gosh I love the internet!!!!
