I want to feel happy and create smiles everyday! So I guess I need to work my "buts" off to work my "butt" off.
Today I walked around a beautiful lake surrounded by mountains with one of my soul sister/body buddies... We are doing life together. We enjoy our walks and talks - it sure beats sitting on our butts. So much socialization is centered around food, we need to change that. Life happens as we do it.
