Happy Day FS!

I did great drinking my water yesterday. For me it helps if I use a straw...for some reason seems it seems to go down faster. ;-)

Good luck all with the water challenge!
175.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
