I stopped nutrisystem cos the food is just gross.
Started to go back to the gym (it's my 5th day)and wow I really am out of
shape!
Started eating better w/prep meals, my gf has a business call, "Bee Healthy Meal Preps" and I love it! You can choose meal with carbs or non it's all up to the indiviual. I choose meals with carbs.

I feel good! I am always hungry though, don't know if it's due to exercising. I finally got on the scale today and I realize that if I don't exercise I gain weight so easily. Now I made a note to myself to exercise everyday, eat well, log my exercise and food journal everyday!
I'm ready to loose it right and I am so excited! FINALLY THE WILL TO LOOSE THE INCHES AND WEIGHT.......HALLELUJAH!!
