With my spouses birthday this past weekend I knew that it was going to be a tough weekend to eat clean. I still got in a workout on Saturday morning but the calorie intake until last night outweighed any physical activity. The plan is to eat clean and gym Monday to Friday. I will be happy with a half a kg loss before vacation on Saturday. Holding thumbs!

We are going away to Mauritius Nicki. Thank you so much for the motivation. I am really going to try and stick it out to be less whale like in a bikini :)
