After some research and suggestions from others on HCG I have found that canned tomatoes are not allowed because of the sodium and sugar added. Oops! So no more of those.

Also finding that they recommend Lipten for maintenance on phase 4(?). I am still trying to figure it all out. I will need to research that plan.

What amazes me the most is no hunger pains on this plan eating only 500 calories a day. I am having cravings, but this is that TOM for me so that goes hand in hand. My son brought me some giant chocolate chips (not knowing I am doing this) and asked me to bake some cookies. I don't think I will be doing that anytime soon. LOL

I feel great, have mental clarity and much more energy than I have had in a long time.
